Payment Options
For the general public payment options are limited to credit card only (Visa and Mastercard).
New Zealand schools may elect to pay via purchase order. At the time of purchase, a 30-day invoice will be emailed to you and your school's accounts payable contact.

Shipping
All orders incur a flat rate freight charge of $12.50 (including GST).
All orders placed on this website are processed within five business days. During times of high demand (e.g. before Christmas) please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive.

Outside of New Zealand Purchases
Unfortunately, we are not able to handle international credit card payments and shipping to addresses outside New Zealand. 

Returns Policy
If the product you have bought is faulty we will provide a replacement or refund, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please email education@spca.nz to arrange a remedy.
